Hybrid Homeschool Family in Houston, TX. Saturday, January 15, 2011. It's been way to long. It's been quit a few months since we posted any pictures. Our babies look so small in the older post. Let's just say, having two has made us a bit more busy than before. I hope to start keeping up with the blog a little better this year. Here are a few pictures to get us started in the new year. Here is Jax at his 2nd birthday party. As you can see, he had a Disney's Cars Party. These are sooo precious!

Hybrid Homeschool Family in Houston, TX. Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Everyone had fun celebrating Monique's birthday! Timmy and Baba had to keep hydrated so that they could take turns taking Jackson outside on the deck in the 109 heat index! Who could say no to this face? The fish pond was cool, but the hose on the deck was more fun when Jackson figured out how to turn it on! Shrimp, escargot, crab, sushi, redfish, salmon, and sea bass! We sure do love you, Mama! On Sunday, Sara and I made Daddy some yummy cupcakes while Dad was out running. We were decorating them when the boys both lost it. We ending up at the after hours clinic. Mick had an ear infection and Peter had RSV. Oh well, next year we will have a big party for Mike! Peter loves Sara's crocs:. February 17: Krewe of Southdowns. As usual, we had a blast! Wednesday, July 21, 2010. 2 weeks old today. Monday, July 12, 2010. Welcome Madelyn Ann Riedel. Madelyn Ann Riedel was brought into this world on Wednesday, July 7th, 2010 at 9:05 am. She weighed a whopping 6 pounds and 11 oz and is absolutely beautiful. This was how my husband waited in pre op. I think that he would have fallen asleep if I had let him. As soon as she was born, Cody got to tell me that it was a girl. She is perfect, and looks just like her sister. Our first attempt at a family photo.

Saturday, August 20, 2011. We are still here. I know I have been really terrible about blogging so here it goes. Since the last blog we have celebrated 3 birthdays. Wesley turned 2 in May, Madelyn turned 1 in July and today we celebrated Elizabeth's 4th birthday. She is growing up so fast. We had a princess party and made crowns and played dress up. Even Madelyn got in on the festivities. Lizzie dressed up like Rapunzel and even had the hair to go along with it. Her cake was gorgeous and tasted good too!

Tuesday, February 8, 2011. G" is for Jesus. I had really hoped to nurse for a year.maybe with the next one. Maddie loves her toys. She can stand up and play at her playcenter, but we have to put her there. She is best friends with her daddy and we love how she scrunches up her nose when she smiles. She tells you with her eyes when she is tired. Wesley got to take his first ride in the '72 with daddy this past week. He loved it and loved spending some father son time with dad.
