I moved house last week. We lived in our old place for 5 years, which is now the second longest I've ever resided anywhere. My first was the house I lived in growing up, between the ages of 5 and 16. The landlord would inspect every three months, four times a year as she was entitled to. I've made a few sales but it is quite hard to get properly into it like I might if I didn't have all the other things to do! I wouldn't change anything for the world though.
