I received my Master’s of Social Work from Eastern Washington University in 2009, I achieved my License Clinical Social Worker in 2015 while working in a residential center where I worked with women with addiction and mental health. I have experience with complex trauma, addiction, and personality disorders, though I am a generalist at heart.

Any parent can attest to moments where they are unsure if their child will live to see another day. This can be when they are younger and have cried for hours, toddlers whining, kid who will not follow direction, teenagers who are dead silent, even adult children who know it all. In times where formal meditation does not work relying on informal mindfulness can be a life saver.

Couples Therapy rate is $150 for an hour. Insurance: I currently accept ; Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon, and Pacific Source. I am an out Out-of-Network Provider, please check with your insurance for reimbursement rates and paperwork needed. Payment plans available upon request.
