Our family does not have words to express how grateful, thankful and happy we are to hear this. Ashley has been so steadfast and tenacious through these trying times, she is such an inspiration. Just another WordPress.com site. Ashley finished her chemo! Ashley finished her chemotherapy and goes to her check up on June 11th to see if she is cancer free. Please send prayers and positive energy her way! This has been a long road for Ashley. The last 5 months has been very hard on her; she has weathered the storm and is one tenacious young lady. However, a few weeks ago she was denied that scholarship. Ashley was told that if she stayed sick or got sick again, she wouldn’t be able to fulfill the scholarship, therefore it had to go to a student that could for sure use it.
