Saturday, June 18, 2011. Yoga update. Get ready to laugh. Ok so I am on my third yoga class and I for sure am hooked. However when I leave my thought process is I ma going to die! I can’t even make it to the car! Give me water PLEASE! By the time I am about two miles away I look in the mirror and think to myself DANG, I look beet red! Someone is going to call an ambulance on me. The third mile I put on mellow music and am sooooo glad I went. I get home and I am starving! Oh and this Frog pose! Unit 5 ass...

It is the daily stressors that wear us out and if we can find a way to diffuse them and render them harmless it will only benefit our spirits, psyche and bodies.
