Losing the baby weight! No one ever said it would be easy, but it will be worth it" - My weight loss journey (now with 50% more ramdom thoughts). Monday, October 5, 2009. 30 Day Shred - Day 5. Just finished up workout #5 of the shred. Still some moves that feel challenging, others I am getting used to. My endurance has definitely improved, I am not panting nearly as bad as I was on day one but it is still a very intense sweaty workout. I am positive that I will move on to level 2 on day 11!

Thursday, March 27, 2008. So last week I managed to gain 2.2lbs in Cuba. Although I took my measurements and my arms and thighs were thinner than before I left and the rest of me was the same. So I'm guessing I somehow put on 2lbs of muscle. I'm not even entirely sure if that is possible, but my arms look great now, so I'm happy. This week I'm down 1.3lbs, but feeling a little bloated. Don't think I'll be able to make my birthday challenge, but I'll do my best. Friday, March 21, 2008. Other Blogs I Read.
