Bellarine Gateway Anglican Parish operates two Opportunity Shops which are designed to produce a variety of outcomes. At Newcomb the parish operates Heaven Cent which is situated in the Watson’s Road Shopping Centre. Locally Heaven Cent operates a laundering service for the local Secondary College to supply freshly laundered uniforms to the school for distribution.
