Bella and the Beanstalk. Tuesday, October 18, 2016. October 11th, 2016 was my 6 month check-up for Operation Peapod Extraction. I was so excited to go honestly, so I could see my results. And, who doesn't like going to Ann Arbor (such a cute town! By the time we arrived at U of M, we were 15 min late which set everything back! I'm pretty sure that stressed my mom out, and well, me maybe just a little bit! They strapped my head down, and got me all nice and ready and in I went. And the results are NOT GOOD.

My boss was up from Atlanta for the week so I finally got to meet him in person and we went out to lunch and chatted a bunch, so that was nice. It does feel good to be back. Now, that being said, I sure am tired, especially today! Tomorrow will only be worse since it'll be day 5 of being "on". But, gotta endure if I want to feel normal. so, we truck on! Unfortunately, they are sending me home with more medication - blood thinners, blood pressure meds (I have white coat syndrome - my bp gets higher when I am in the hospital, so hopefully I will be able to be off those very soon) - in addition to continuing the antibiotics for the staph (which is gone now - yeah!
