Post Partum Fitness Talk. There's also been this fun new development that exercising is SO much easier than birthing a baby that I really feel like I can do anything. When I want to quit and walk I'll ask myself if its harder than pushing for two hours and if I really need to stop. The answer is always no and I find I can push myself much harder than I could pre-birth experience.
