April 18th in the year 2006 will be remembered as the day that I wrote and posted my first message a recipe of family import that will live forever in the ether of the internet! As my first post I have chosen Grandma's Meatballs which were a staple of the Schotz-Salzberg family for years and continue to please to this day. 1 1/2 pounds of ground, lean beef (or whatever meat you prefer). 1/2-3/4 cup breadcrumbs (I use the flavored type). Wednesday, March 29, 2006. The strawberries were pretty good, but not great. Now, a caveat. I'm not a big fan of white chocolate, it's usually far too sweet and I'm also kind of a snob about chocolate. So these strawberries would have been. With dark or milk chocolate, but still won't solve all the problems.
