De meeste van deze bonen zijn rassen van de gewone boon (Phaseolus vulgaris), een soort die interessant is voor ‘seedsaven’ omdat ze aan zelfbestuiving doet en blijkbaar geen bestuivers heeft hier, en dus volledig soortecht terugkomt uit zaad hoeveel je er ook in elkaars buurt hebt staan. Dat is zeker niet bij alle planten zo (sommige zet je beter een halve kilometer uit elkaar als je het ras wil bewaren! Welke rassen staan er op deze foto?
