Wednesday, April 4, 2012. A Rock Chalk Weekend. We have been yelling Rock Chalk Jayhawk all through the month of March. While not originally from Kansas, we have adopted KU as yet another team that we cheer for. You just can't help it when you live here; their team spirit is just infectious. Saturday, July 14, 2012. We just returned from our Florida vacation and had the best time. We stayed in St. Petersburg for five nights. Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Who would have thought becoming a stay at home mom would result in "workman's comp". I am proof. I have recently been diagnosed with de Quervain's Tenosynovitis. Of course, when you wear a wrist brace people are going to ask questions. So in explaining my symptons one day to a good friend she simply said, "I bet you have de Quervain's Tenosynovitis!
