Candida Yeast, I thought I had you beat, but you are back and I only fell off the wagon a little bit. So as of today I am back to diligently. Avoiding the chocolate, sugar, and heavy carbs. I had settled into my new body with a much less swollen stomach, clear skin, etc. but it didn't take long for me to see that I still have to be careful and watch it. I am going to be creating a new blog soon!
