My objective is to improve my health by eating the correct foods, and to properly exercise while on my bike, and hopefully improve my performance in the AMBCS cross country and marathon races. Lee has helped me with the food preparation, and I can already see the benefits of eating clean. I have lost 6 pounds, and this morning on my ride, I noted more power in the legs, and stamina as well, after the first hour out.

Joe told me to be at Willow Beach at 6 am, with wheels down. I arrived at 6:05 and was late , not wheels down! July 12, 2009 at 1:58 PM. Hey it was only 6 miles that we ran after 112!
