ORCA for an Aggregate Owner. ORCA works with a number of substrates - network and edge resources. The most common type of edge substrate is an OpenStack. For provisioning bare-metal nodes (in contrast to VMs, done via OpenStack or Eucalyptus) you can also install xCAT. Other substrate types are also supported.
