My brother Ben came up to Oregon from San Diego to visit with Rebecca and their sweet baby Layla. It was so fun to finally meet Rebecca and my cute niece. Layla was born in January 2011- so our meeting was way over due. She is such a happy girl- full of smiles. Proud of my brother for being such a great Dad too. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla. 2 1/2 cups cold milk. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Combine pudding mix and milk in medium bowl according to package directions. In a separate bowl, beat the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Beat in 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold whipped cream into pudding.Using a pastry bay pipe filling into shell. 3 Cups powdered sugar. 1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour.

1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour. 8 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened, cut into 8 pieces. 2 to 3 Tbsp heavy cream. To moisture-proof the crust, brush over the bottom: 3 Tbsp currant, raspberry, or strawberry jelly, melted, or 1 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened. Tuesday, October 2, 2012. I missed a few happenings from the summer so I'm going to catch up. Hunter got his first haircut at the beginning of August. My sister-in-law, Emily, cut it and did such a good job. Hunter looks much improved! It's grown so much since then. It's almost time for another cut but it's not going to look nearly as good with me or Clint doing it. It might end up like Caden's "Lloyd" haircut from when he was about the same age. He still has curl which I am kind of excited about!
