Monday, August 16, 2010. Florida and the Zoo. So I haven't updated in forever - so here it goes! We got a family membership to the local zoo. It is pretty nice and the kids love seeing the animals - but very hot! I can only take about 2 hours and then it is time to go! They both had a great time and fell asleep in the car on the way home. Wednesday, December 23, 2009. December has been fun so far - and we haven't even had Christmas yet! Here are some current pictures. Time sure does fly! Elijah is walking all over the place with no fear, just like his big sister Maya! Elijah and Sugar staring at the piles of snow outside - Elijah did not like wearing all those extra clothes, but he looked so cute in them! My attempt at a cute christmas card - which never got made! The snow fall was crazy! Or at least we were crazy for being out in it!

Monday, November 30, 2009. We had a great Halloween this year! Maya really got into all of the decorations. She would tell me all the time how we needed to put out more decorations. This was Maya's and Ben's first time to carve a pumpkin! She loved watching the face glow! This is Maya in the pumpkin house at the orchard around the corner from our house. She is growing up so fast - I can hardly believe it. We made pumpkin sugar cookies! Elijah looks just like his daddy. He is getting bigger everyday!

Thursday, August 21, 2008. 18 Hours of Pain. I finally got a taste of how it feels to ride for 18 hours on Saturday and Sunday. The race/ride, 18 Hours on the Farm. Francine and I both raced in the solo category. We arrived at the scout camp around 1pm and my dad brought us his hard-shell pop-up camper for our base camp. Going to a Salt Lake Monarchs game- They are the minor league soccer team. It was a lot of fun and it wasn't crowded at all. We learned how soccer actually works :). Ben and Lisa's wedding. Lisa was accepted to graduate school! Come Fall we shall move to Olympia while she pursues a Masters in Public Administration. Life is a bit crazy - albeit endlessly enjoyable - at the moment. We've finally added some photos. Snapped by friends at our wedding. We hope to add more in the near future.
