We left a big box of bird seed out on the porch and this bear couldn't get enough of it. We couldn't get him to leave! Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Well we have been here in Juneau for almost 2 months now. I have to say I have become a good ol' Juneau girl. I am loving the weather, the mountains and the family up here! Despite the lack of shopping I have found that this place suites me rather well. Kaitlyn and Adam are loving it as well, they think everyone should move here. This is what happens when an Oregon boy and a Colorado girl meet in Utah, date, get married in Colorado, finish school, move to Texas, have a kid, and then move to Arizona. Sunday, February 15, 2009. After we returned from our Christmas trip to Colorado we discovered that the builder had put in our front landscaping. Seeing as I haven't taken a picture of it yet, I figured I'd close the loop on the house construction. Here's the house in all it's fully arrayed desert-y landscaping. 7 I enjoy cooking.

Saturday, August 21, 2010. Kaitlyn had her first Slumber Party. Her friends Mom and I are good friends so we all spent the night together. We did pedicures, manicures, facials, made neclaces, watched a princess movie and went on a firefly hunt. Unfortunately our AC decided to die that night so our house was super hot and humid but we still had fun. And of course no slumber party is complete without a pillow fight! The girls had fun, they slept well and we look forward to more slumber parties.

Monday, September 06, 2010. Our neighbor's boyfriend is a Semi Truck Driver and our kids got to be lucky enough to check out his Truck when he was in town today. Having driven on I-80 plenty since being here in Iowa our kids have developed an interest in Big Semi Trucks. You know Iowa IS home to the Largest Truck Stop in the USA. Here are some photos of them checking out his sweet ride.he even let both of them pull the horn! Chris, Kerri, and The Boys. That is so fun Robyn! Trey likes the big trucks too!

Sunday, April 18, 2010. Kaitlyn's First Soccer Game. We got lucky and were able to add Kaitlyn to a soccer team very last minute, like the day of the first game! I was unaware that they had teams for kids her age, but after watching Katie play, she is definately ready. She had so much fun and it was so fulfilling to see her play my most favorite sport of all time! Sunday, April 11, 2010.
