Ben and Sandie’s Cru. June 8, 2014. Ministry Blast from the Past. A couple weeks ago, Ben received a Facebook message from David, a Cru Alum we worked with at Wayne College in Northeast Ohio. (Wayne is a branch of the University of Akron.) Ben met David as he was doing post secondary at Wayne 8 years ago. David quickly became involved with Cru and began leading the ministry at Wayne College. David went onto write that he was also involved in a local church and doing ministry with Young Life in the area.
