Opinion Time: Wayne's 70th Birthday
http://opiniontime.blogspot.com/2011/05/waynes-70th-birthday.html
Sunday, May 8, 2011. My step-dad turned 70 this year, so we took a family trip to Kentucky to eat at Patti's Settlement. They are the home to 2-inch pork chops that are delicious. It was a crowded ride with 11 people in two cars, but we made it. Caroline talked the entire way there and back nonstop! It was a gorgeous day and of course I made pictures! Opinion Time: July 2012
http://opiniontime.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 19, 2012. How many days have we felt like giving up or that life isn't going just like we thought it should? For me, that would be a lot of days. Thankfully, even as things change, one thing never does, and that is our Redeemer. Sometimes I just want to start over. Cause everything looks like a wreck. And I need the courage to carry on. Cause I can't see what's ahead. And there are places I've wished I could be. Battles I've wanted to win. Dreams that have slipped through my hands.

Opinion Time: December 2010
http://opiniontime.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 30, 2010. I am one of those people who do not love change! Some change is good, some is okay, and some is just bad! So, when my family decided to change a few things for Christmas this year, they thought I would be the most resistant to the changes. But, they were wrong! I could care less as long as there was macaroni! So, this year we had steak and baked potatoes! I got home on Christmas Eve Eve, and it was time for the Powell/Nicholson Christmas and we had a great time as usual with ...

Opinion Time: Valentine's Day Crafts
http://opiniontime.blogspot.com/2011/02/valentines-day-crafts.html
Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Caroline and I made lots of Valentine crafts or as she called them, decorations. We had a lot of fun, and she was excited that she could give something to everyone in her family. My favorite was a card we made through Shutterfly. Everybody loved the card, even Caroline. Hope you enjoy! The front of the card! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Follow me on Twitter. Reed, Nash, and Will. Jason, Jodi, and Jack. Cooper, Hudson, and Wesley.

Opinion Time: What I've Learned from Surgery
http://opiniontime.blogspot.com/2011/03/what-ive-learned-from-surgery.html
Tuesday, March 1, 2011. What I've Learned from Surgery. Here's a list of the things I've learned during my surgery:. You totally need your family to be there for you, and mine went above and beyond. Pain medicine is a really good thing. I have some amazing friends, which I knew, they just reminded me how amazing they are! I don't like being out of work for so long, I missed all my friends there! I'm not the best patient after the first week! My Kindle was a great thing to have to keep me busy.

http://hopehenderson.blogspot.com/2007_07_01_archive.html
Hope for the Harvest. Saturday, July 7, 2007. Celebrating the 4th Russian Style! We celebreated the 4th on the beach with our "family". We had a cook out and just hung out together. We even had an adventure look at our pics to see what happened. Jody showing his true American spirit while driving. The kids played in the water while they waited for the burgers. I flew the kid's kite while they played in the water. Then at the end when we were leaving the adventure began! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Hope for the Harvest: My Crazy Life in One Post
http://hopehenderson.blogspot.com/2007/06/my-crazy-life-in-one-post.html
Hope for the Harvest. Wednesday, June 20, 2007. My Crazy Life in One Post. Watched fireworks that night. This is our "famous" beach at the river! Deaf students selling balloons for the celebration. Then our new team came from Cincinnati and I took them around to see the city and went on a boat ride. However since they have been here I have gone to see Fantastic 4 in Russian and I went to an orphanage. I got to walk and play with a dog while I was at the orphanage.
