On a Jam Hunt. Punching today in the face! Beast Must do’s. Where has the time gone…. 8230;definitely not on Pimping the Beast. Although I had a great many plans, I only lasted a week or two and found myself in another funk! But we are always hopeful, and I never stop thinking about running! If things were easier, I would be doing it every single day! Alas, we will get there! So let me catch you up…. Tarawera Ultra (in relay) has been put on the Back burner. It is speedily approaching! Right up my alley!

My Journey with Running from a 5km to an Ultra. 11th May 2013 – 5km. Zombie Run Run for your Freakn Life. 2nd June 2013 – 10km. Road Run Mount Joggers 10km 2013. 12th October 2013 – 7.9km. Road Run Hi-Tec Rotorua Ekiden Relay 2013. 24th November 2013 – 15km. Trail run – Smith’s Sport Shoe’s Tauranga Trail run. Race 1 - 12km.

According to this machine, anything below 3.9 mmol/L is considered hypoglycaemia, or too low blood sugar. I do not feel any symptoms of low blood sugar level as my body is adapted to switching to fat or ketones as energy:. Glucose: 2.5 mmol/L. Ketones: 7.2 mmol/L. Posted by Ilona Kasza. About Diet and Health. One of our favourite dish: Marinated Chicken Wings. Chili powder (just a little). Coriander leaves or parsley. Pork fat, olive oil or butter for frying. Marinate the chicken wings in all ingredients above, put in the fridge for a few hours. You can prepare this in the morning and fry the wings in the evening. Sprinkle coriander or parsley on top when serving. We like to eat chicken wings with a salad. Beans or garbanzo beans (for my kids, I usually do not put these in my salad).
