To make yogurt, you need yogurt starter live cultures. Theoretically, you could get that from a tub of store-bought yogurt, but in reality that doesn’t really work. So you end up buying little packets of starter. And here’s where it gets interesting. There are two ways in which you’re going to need more starter.
