A ROAD TO THE OLYMPICS: An Architectural Project.
http://bencomber.blogspot.com/2009/09/architectural-project.html
A ROAD TO THE OLYMPICS. Monday, September 21, 2009. Here's a couple of images that I made up super quick in photoshop. prob didnt come out as sweet as I wanted but ya get the idea. haha. The basic Idea behind these images is a 'screen wall' in cathedral square that meshes together the surrounding building facades when someone looks through the vertical openings. A fun little project that has developed from an original concept located down High St. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

A ROAD TO THE OLYMPICS. Monday, October 19, 2009. Goodbye Mt Hutt for another year. Summer awaits us down on the plains. Winter storm finally clears on the drive DOWN the hill. Last run of the day was in the completely UN cut Mt Hutt Halfpipe. Had to happen. The lifties out of complete boredom had built a giant igloo which 30 or so of them all packed into it to celebrate the season. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Goodbye Mt Hutt for another year. New = IN. Old = BROKEN. View my complete profile.

A ROAD TO THE OLYMPICS. Sunday, January 27, 2013. This trip ticked off many firsts for me. I had never been to a World Snowboard Champs and I had also never been to Quebec, Canada. I was travelling with the NZ Snowboard Team and we got put up in Quebec City for the week. It was an early start to a long day of travelling DIA Terminal Building. We were put up at HOTEL PUR for the week. Beautiful modern design. Stef Zeestraten and I took the opportunity to explore the Old area of the city that night. Th...
