So after the weigh in I'm down a solid 5 pounds (could be more because the scale that I just used doesn't seem as accurate as the first one, but I'll go with 5 to make it easy! My before/after pictures showed pretty drastic change (for one month), so that makes me think that my body fat changed quite a bit compared to the 5 pounds!
