Benji and Brandon Benson. Wednesday, June 17, 2009. Where do I begin? Friday I came home to find that several trees had been uprooted and a few more broke in half in our front yard. The cause appears to be 70-80 MPH straight line winds and lots of rain! When we got home Sunday night the lights were back on! Notice the trees in the background between me and the house. We have so much to be thankful for in this situation. Our house, shop, and fence survived the winds! Posted by The Benson Family.

Benji and Brandon Benson. Monday, January 7, 2008. We wish you all a Happy New Year and pray that God will continue to bless each and every one of you! We had a wonderful New Year's. We stayed the night at Kristin and Mark's house and watched the Razorback game on New Year's Day. I had to work 1/2 day on New Year's but made it back in time to watch most of the game. We enjoyed getting to see Molly and Cameron and their cute kids on New Year's. Meme went back home last week and we miss her a whole bunch!

Friday, March 18, 2011. The weather in February was gorgeous! Most days were 70-75 degrees and sunny. Perfect! We had a lot going on this month. Sydney's dance team performed at the Florida State Fair. Yes, you read that right, fair in February - weird. Sydney and Haley after their performance. If your still thinking about how weird it is to have a fair in February, check this out. That's a giraffe - at the FAIR! I have never seen a giraffe anywhere but the zoo. Again, weird. We decided to go ahead and get his costume, and he won't take it off. It was a knock-down, drag-out at bedtime last night to get it off, and then he wanted to wear it to church this morning. Friday, March 18, 2011. As I say every year, I can't believe she's that old! She has already caught me shoe size and will pass me any day now in height. She is such a sweet girl, and I'm so thankful God blessed me with her a decade ago. We had a fun dinner at Cheesecake Factory with her friend Hayley, then spent the rest of the weekend at Disney. We also got to see the Osborne Spectacle of Dancing Lights while we were there. It was FABULOUS! Syd and Haley cheesin. They had so much fun - including PaPaw.
