Tuesday, April 26, 2011. I made it safely from bone chilling Utah to the hot and humid east coast. I had a successful interview in the city. Then I took the train down to DC and enjoyed Easter with lots of family. Ate Nando's with Roberto, sailed on the Chesapeake, sang happy birthday to the best older sister. Short and sweet. Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Photo courtesy of ehow.com. My bathtub faucet has become leaky over the last week. How does this happen? One week: no problems; the next: a leak that is actually more like a nearly running faucet. Seriously, I can hear the water running through the pipes constantly, and the water is HOT. Saturday, October 30, 2010. It has been years since we really dressed up for Halloween. As usual, Harper has made the festivities so much more fun. Last night, we transformed our storage room/basement into our "spooky" basement, complete with haunted house, spider webs, witches, bats and ghosts. This evening we had a little pre-Halloween bash with a few of our friends - many of whom have kids close to Harper's age. The costumes were awesome! Monday, October 4, 2010.
