August 23, 2012. In other news, the 2012 Moot (the annual gathering of CleanPlacers) went off with nary a hitch. It was a lovely time. We were back at Bear Trap Ranch (which is truly home) and we had a great group. And to update you on my weight loss progress, I'm at 15.5 pounds lost! And that was being "off plan" for the entire Moot! And now I'm going to go stare at the dryer until it finishes my last load, so I can put the few items I still need into my bag, throw it in the car, and then I can sleep!

September 16, 2012. Gone, gone away. I would just like to say that as of this morning, 20 pounds have been evicted from my body! They are gone, and they will not be returning. September 8, 2012. I am learning so much more about Him, and seeing glimpses of who I am in Him. Its awesome. Just when I think I have things pretty much figured out - He adds something else to the mix. At least it keeps things fresh and interesting! I know that God loves me because the bible says that He does. But have I let that knowledge travel from my head to my heart?

Well, it did. Until the embers were fanned by the wind from the moving car. Tracy says from the backseat, "There are flames shooting out of the top! Anyway, we got down the road a bit, and pulled into a parking lot which is where we found a nice puddle to throw the still smoking fountain.and all was well.
