Sunday, November 16, 2008. Good Governance, Best Address. Reprinted from the November 2008 Towers Topics. Starting in 2007, first the Board, then the Front of House Committee reported regularly on the lobby project: at Board meetings, in Committee minutes, in the Towers Topics, at the 2008 Annual Meeting, and most recently in an internet blog. Many of you have since told us more is needed. We will try our best and will now distribute updates under your doors and post them in the lobby.

Sunday, September 28, 2008. Fourth Design Meeting, Sept. 25. Since last meeting, Muse Architects has continued to work on three design options. The designs now share expanded the walls at either end of the lobby. The expansion will allow the construction of concealed storage space, and the inclusion of recessed book shelves. Sunday, November 16, 2008. Ballot Results: November 5th, 2008. With forty-six percent of the ownership interest casting ballots, nearly twice the participation we've seen in recent annual meetings, two thirds of the responses chose the 'Open View' option. We would also like to express our gratitude and sincere appreciation to everyone who has passed on their feelings and feedback. The Board and FOH Committee will continue to engage and communicate as we further develop plans for the next steps.

Saturday, October 18, 2008. Townhall Meeting, Oct. 21. Posted by FOH Committee. In the open view desk plan, why not leave the bathroom where it is now and move the desk to the other side of the lobby? October 19, 2008 at 9:04 PM. Thank you for the meeting last night and thank you for the hard work the foh committee has put into this. Thank you for the blog! I appreciate reading about the development of the plans. it helps to see the evolution. I prefer, i think, the open plan. October 22, 2008 at 7:42 AM.
