blotcomics: "Alcoholalia," 2004
http://blotcomics.blogspot.com/2015/12/alcoholalia-2004.html
Thursday, December 10, 2015. A remix of a Maakies. Comic by Tony Millionaire, done with Mr. Millionaire's permission. Done entirely in Microsoft Paint, from a pretty lo-res version of the strip (this was 2004, after all) I downloaded from the Maakies. Website. It's also been available at UbuWeb. But in a slightly mangled format I've never been able to get them to fix. I'd rather have it seen properly, so I'll post the entire thing here. Here. Is an old review of it. And here is the original Maakies.

Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Sequences from a work in progress. Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Andrei Molotiu's comics are absolute marvels: hotbeds of evolving ambiguity where one never knows what disturbing or witty interaction between abstraction of objects and objects of abstraction is about to take place. Each time I've opened them I've been utterly absorbed, that is, drawn into places where I had no power other than to become what I was looking at. What he does is superb.".
