Day 19 - What I Ate Today. 2:30 pm - Chocolate shake (thanks again to the mystery lady who taught me that recipe! 5:00 pm - Chocolate shake. That's it. And I was good about the water today. Day 27 - What I Ate Today. 9:00pm - one of those chocolate shakes: 10 oz. whole milk. Seriously. I remembered to rub the beads, I remembered the breathing. I forgot to eat. I got to around 9 and realized that I hadn't eaten and if I didn't eat something I'd end up standing by the light of the fridge with a spoon by midnight. Dem beads are doin' something.

Actually, a very good day. 4 pm about a pound of grilled mixed veggies. Mostly zucchini. I got it from a store, so it probably had too much oil or whatever, but it was okay. 4:30 pm about a half pound of grilled butternut squash. Same store. Seemed kind of sweet, so it probably had something on it, too. But still. And that's it. Woot!
