The Duke Family: Bath time fun
http://the-duke-family.blogspot.com/2015/06/bath-time-fun.html
Sarah thought it was so funny when I wrapped her wet hair up in her towel like I do with mine. We had to have a photo shoot. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Corner Of My Heart. The Duke Family: All of us!
http://the-duke-family.blogspot.com/2015/06/all-of-us.html
We got an email this week from church asking for a recent family picture for the ward directory. I wasn't going to send one (I know, what a jerk, right! Because we didn't have any recent pictures of all of us. Aaron insisted we needed to take a picture, so he dug out the tripod and remote for the camera and took this gem. Aren't we such a good looking bunch? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Corner Of My Heart. Nober's Update: No(el) and (Am)ber. Party Hardy.Party, Party, Party. My Joy = My Family!

The Duke Family: Hiking with kids
http://the-duke-family.blogspot.com/2015/07/hiking-with-kids.html
Last Saturday we went hiking in the Shenandoah National Forest. It was about a 2 1/2 hour drive to get there but the scenery was beautiful. We hiked the Rose River Falls Loop which we thought was going to be about a mile or 2. It ended up being a 4 mile hike! It's a good thing we packed water and snacks. It may have been a bit ambitious though as our first big family hike! The first part of the trail was a gravel path. We walked on it for about a mile until we found this waterfall. There were plenty of l...

The Duke Family: August 2014
http://the-duke-family.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Birthday boys and first day of school. The boys had a birthday. They are 6 years old! We started off the day by opening their present from us so they could play with them that day. After playing with their scooters for a bit we had our first day of school. The boys will be doing first grade work this year and Sarah is pre-k. Noah wants to be an Army man (if he can since his dad couldn't) or a police man when he grows up. Eli wants to be an astronaut or a firefighter when he grows up. Corner Of My Heart.

The Duke Family: April 2014
http://the-duke-family.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Noah feeding him some Timothy Hay. Please let me play with him! As is my nature, I immediately came home and started learning all I could about guinea pigs. I really had no idea how to take care of a guinea pig. Of course the first thing I learned is that they are herd animals and will be lonely by themselves. Crap! Now I needed to get another guinea pig. But wait! Isn't he a cutey! I had candles going all night and the next day. It took a couple days, but Bruce finally won the alpha male title. ...We se...

Heber Family of 5: March 2012
http://jdheber.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Heber Family of 5. Friday, March 2, 2012. Yesterday my baby turned 2! These last 2 years have just flown by so fast. Kelsee is such a sweet and fun little girl, and we love having her in our family. We had a pretty low key day. Brooklyn was puking all day, so we stayed home and played. After Drew got home Kelsee opened presents. Watching a movie with hippo after breakfast. Having fun before Brooklyn got sick. Kelsee loves hats and gloves. The squishy butterfly ball daddy got her. She loves her Buzz!

Heber Family of 5: November 2011
http://jdheber.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Heber Family of 5. Friday, November 18, 2011. Kelsee is at a really fun stage right now. She's still not quite talking yet, but man is she hilarious! Here she is all ready to go. She has also decided she likes to read. She loves books and has started reading to herself. Since she's not really talking yet it's all just jibberish, but cute none the less. This is how I found her when I went to wake her up from her nap yesterday. Even Kelsee's getting in the Christmas spirit early this year.

Heber Family of 5: March 2013
http://jdheber.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Heber Family of 5. Monday, March 4, 2013. I miss my grandparents very much and am so greatful to have had them in my life for so long. Eating dognuts while waiting for the ferry. This place in Antecortes has the best dognuts and got them every time we had to wait for a ferry. Skipping rocks. We used to do this for hours on end. Looking for baby crabs under the rocks. Enjoying the sun and peace and quiet of the island. Making the long walk from the lot to the beach! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Trenerowski's: March 2015
http://katieandmichal.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 29, 2015. The trickiest part about adding another child to my life has been nap time. I got into the lazy habit of napping with Lily while I was pregnant, and now that I have a newborn, I try to nap with her again if. I can get baby Marco to cooperate and nap at the same time. When Lily wakes up from her nap, I never know what kind of mood she's going to be in. Sometimes she is happy. Sometimes she is cranky. Sometimes she is cuddly. Sometimes she is goofy. And sometimes she is all the above.
