Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Poor Man's Ham - Humba. Humba is a traditional braised pork recipe that has a savory-sweet flavor. Reminiscent of the American meatloaf. The presentation is similar though the braised pork is arguably the more flavorful. 2 lbs uncut pork belly. 1/2 cup of soy sauce. 1/2 cup of sugar. 2 tablespoons of ground black pepper. 1 liter of water. 5 stalks of green onions.
