Insights and other such things. Stop Asking Your Developers Questions. OK a bit dramatic, but I mean it. If you want productivity from your engineers leave them the fuck alone. Value and efficiency from a development team is a hard thing to quantity in anything else other than hard cold working software. Nothing else says that your team is working to their optimum like banging through user stories and releasing something functional at the end of every two week sprint to the delight of your customer.
