Saturday, September 22, 2012. I have not fly fished for quite some time unfortunately. I have done recon but I have not wet a fly line in several months, probably one of the longest droughts since I began fly fishing about 10 years ago. These pictures are from one of my last fishing outings in Iowa (if not THE last outing, can't remember). I met my friend Dave. A local Iowa pond and we found some feisty gills spawning. Donnerstag, 26. Januar 2012. Palmen, Strände, Sonnenuntergänge. Über Weihnachten verließen wir die verregnete Stadt Bogota und flohen in das Karibikparadies Sapzurro. Bent hatte einen Flug von Medellin aus nach Capurgana gebucht und als wir am Flughafen von Medellin angekommen waren, blieb mir erst einmal das Herz stehen. Was uns erwartete, war eine kleine Blechbüchse mit ein paar Sitzen und Ohrstöpseln, wegen der lauten Geräusche der Motoren. In Sapzurro gibt es gar keine öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.
