Ben Turner Commonwealth Games Champion. Ben Turner has been one of Australia’s top Olympic weightlifters over the past decade. His involvement in the sport commenced in 2000 just prior to the Sydney Olympics, when he was attending Iona College in Brisbane. Ben’s interest in weightlifting developed when he watched the greats Pyrros Dimas and Andrei Chemerkin smash world records at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.

Since wordpress.com doesn’t allow a lot of plugins or added features, despite being pretty cool for hosting. The good thing is that wordpress.com lets you export YOUR OWN DATA to migrate somewhere else. If only more sites did that! So now I can do the Facebook Graph thing…and use Disqus commenting instead. Among other things. For now. Thanks!
