Prairie Life, post-seminary. Sunday, November 18, 2012. I began work as an office administrator with Mediation Services in mid-February. I enjoy the culture in which I work and I can't brag enough about the great people that I get to work with! Thank goodness for the admin work I did on campus during my time at seminary that I could include on my resume. All I can offer is what I have to offer and there is freedom in practicing that (check out www.aliciabuhler.com. As you've probably gathered from my blo...

Prairie Life, post-seminary. Friday, March 30, 2012. Bread for the journey. In the last few weeks as I've been sending thoughts and prayers Jane's way two of the songs that Jane chose for that chapel service have been surfacing in me:. Brethren, we have met to worship. And adore the Lord our God. Will you pray with all your power. While we try to preach the word? All is vain unless the Spirit. Of the holy One comes down. Brethren, pray, and holy manna. Prairie Life, post-seminary. Sunday, October 30, 2011. In a little less than 2 months Carrie and I will be making our big move back to the north country. It feels like the period of transition has begun. The move became a little more real this week as Carrie and I found ourselves a place to live in Winnipeg. It's a basement suite and more than we could have asked for or imagined! As I anticipate this move, I am very much looking forward to living a little closer to my family! For the amazing pictures!
