My mother is coming to town in a few days and we are heading to Sharm El Sheik. A few days rest at the Red Sea is a great thing and time with my mother is even better BUT man is it a lot of work to get everything in order so that life can move along smoothly in my absence. Schokari Sand Racer – Wandering through Wadis

Eeek! Notice the dark...

Arghel – Wandering through Wadis
https://wanderingthroughwadis.wordpress.com/2016/11/13/arghel
Flora and fauna of South Sinai. November 13, 2016. November 13, 2016. This is one of my favorite times of year to wander through the wadis of Sinai. For many reasons. Because of recent rains, the wadis are bursting with tiny green baby plants right now. I always enjoy stopping to discover what plants come up first after the rains, and what they look like when they’re so young. Fascinating! Some wadis, like Wadi Kid, are lined with arghel plants (.
