Was that 4 colors or 4 ingredients? November 21, 2011. Time again for the monthly installment of the WTF meal, also known as the 4-Ingredient Challenge. The four ingredients this month were turkey, cauliflower, cranberries, and flour tortillas. Nothing says Thanksgiving like flour tortillas. I was apparently challenged at the produce store as well, and confused the four ingredients to mean that four colors of cauliflower were required as well. Fortunately we have a great produce store. For reference purposes, the chicken was dusted with Montreal Steak seasoning (it isn’t just for beef) and grilled until not quite done, then chopped and thrown on the pizza. After about 10 minutes, we dug into this tasty morsel. This one cooked while the first was consumed, and in less than 10 minutes was done. Bananas from the coals. Cook up some dessert while you are eating the rest of your meal. Serve up these bananas plain or with ice cream. Either way you are in for a treat…. Bananas (at least one per person served). Spread a small amount of butter over the top of each banana and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. This little piggy…. February 11, 2015. Throw them on a 350-375 F grill (indirect) for 10-15 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes. Feel free to brush on some more sauce when you turn them. What you get is a miniature bacon-wrapped hot dog (no bun required). Makes for an interesting entree as well, especially when paired with tater tots.
