I loved this image (its cropped, as I only have a 50mm with me). This was a silhouette shot of the statues in a Indian temple up on Penang Hill. Who, Why, How? Who, Why, How? Probably start asking them when did they actually started LEARNING about photography, rather than STARTED it. My photographic journey: Started LEARNING about “Aperture n Shutter” on 24th March 08, when I bought my first DSLR (Nikon D80) and its a birthday gift to myself! It was equipped with a Nikon70-300VRII lens, a Nikon50mmF1.8AFD lens, Sigma 30F1.4mm lens and a Tamron90mmF2.8 lens. By now, all has gone except my Tamron90 macro lens. Moved into a D700 on 24 September 2008!

These series of photos were taken at Wat Chaiyamangalaram Thai Buddhist Temple aka The Temple of the Lifting Buddha (the 4th largest sleeping buddha statue in the world) AND Dharmikarama Burmese Temple dates back to 1803, and was built by Nyonya Betong, a Burmese. De Natuur van Bert. Uw dagelijkse portie natuur op internet. Dode papegaaiduiker op de dijk van Den Helder. Door de stormen van de laatste week zijn een aantal papegaaiduikers. Uit de koers geraakt. Deze spoelde levenloos aan op de dijk bij Den Helder. Een andere soortgenoot leefde nog toen deze gevonden werd maar overleed later op weg naar het plaatselijke vogelasiel.
