Los Angeles County prosecutors say rapper Tone Loc has pleaded no contest to assault weapon possession and domestic violence charges stemming from an arrest earlier this year. The rapper, whose real name is Anthony Smith, entered the plea Monday in a Burbank, Calif. courthouse.
