Cart Shed and Tack Room. Our stable roofs are designed to give maximum head clearance and to achieve optimum ventilation. Various finishes can be fitted to complement surrounding buildings and local authority approval. For low pitched roofs, onduline sheeting or heavy duty mineral felt tiles can be supplied in a variety of colours. A minimum of 1.2m self supporting overhang is formed at the front and is lined with a variety of finishes such as plywood, TGV, or composite boarding.

Cart Shed and Tack Room. Our doors and windows are all purpose made to suit individual requirements and designs. Stable doors are constructed from 18mm marine plywood internally with a heavy duty galvanised steel lining and deep door capping to prevent chewing. Pressure treated tongue and grooved boards are used externally. Galvanised chew strips are fitted to all exposed and vulnerable edges of the door frames.

Cart Shed and Tack Room. Cart Shed and Tack Room. The Cart shed should be designed to compliment existing architecture and is generally constructed of timber with clay roof tiles. The base is normally reinforced solid concrete slabs with a two course brick plinth. The rear and side framework are constructed from pretreated studwork and clad with featheredge Essex boarding. Front posts and braces are of green oak morticed and dowel jointed. The walls can be lined internally as required.

Cart Shed and Tack Room. Our yards can be constructed and finished in a variety of materials to suit personal preference and local authority requirements. Timber constructed buildings are usually finished with external cladding such as featheredge or shiplap weatherboarding. These are specially manufactured to a high specification using heavy duty material and pressure treated with preservative prior to assembly on site.
