November 4, 2013. Chicken breasts, a great bodybuilding food and a nice source of protein is one of the almost less expensive food items in grocery stores. I buy my grocery in Trader Joe’s but surprisingly I found that a grocery store which is supposed to be “cheap in Price” Have the one of the highest chicken breast price I have seen in all grocery stores. But going back to Chicken, I found the Holy Grail of chicken breasts in Whole Foods. Good quality only 4.69 a LB. Holy Cow. why? What about the brand?
