Follow the White Rabbit.: December 2011
http://chasingendorphin.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 29, 2011. Me, myself and the many other sides of me. I'm a weirdo, I know. I have so many sides of myself. And want so bad to keep them all that sometimes people just don't get it. And I know because I don't get it either. I've changed so much and learned a lot this past 5 years. I'm still young, but I've lived alone in 3 countries so far. Two examples so you can get the point of it. I wanna be a Sports Medicine doctor. And specialize in Physiology of Running. So, I run. Has so much to...

Follow the White Rabbit.: A little motivational pep talk.
http://chasingendorphin.blogspot.com/2012/04/little-motivational-pep-talk.html
Friday, April 27, 2012. A little motivational pep talk. First of all: I got the spinning job ha. For now it's only gonna be 2 days/week. I was really afraid they're gonna give me the 8pm class (which I'd do anyway), but my boss just called and asked if I was up to the 6pm class. HECK YEAH! Actually, I prefer it a thousand times! The gym is almost 9K away from my home and I bike to get there. Not fun biking all the way back, at 9ish pm, 40F. So 6pm works great! 5 December 2012 at 09:32. Also see my webpage.

Follow the White Rabbit.: Human Body - Pushing the Limits.
http://chasingendorphin.blogspot.com/2012/04/human-body-pushing-limits.html
Tuesday, April 03, 2012. Human Body - Pushing the Limits. I'm a documentary freak. Specially when they're medical or ecological related. I used to watch way more documentaries than I do now, but yesterday, as I was bored out of my mind, I started looking into some and found one that used to be my favorite. It's a Discovery Channel series called "Human Body - Pushing the Limits". The difference is not in pain threshold, is how much you'll put up with before you say "that's it, I quit". In their laboratory...

Wednesday, January 11, 2012. Ok, so I know everybody does resolutions for New Years and stuff like that. I've never done it before,. So I decided it was time to set some goals and switch some things up. First of all, I got really motivated after seen my 2011 report:. Impressed. and proud! A year with its ups and downs, but I still can't help it but look back and feel like I did something good. Could've done better? It keeps me focused, you can easily do at home (so no excuses) and they're hardcore. I...

Follow the White Rabbit.: June 2011
http://chasingendorphin.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 10, 2011. I've been having some issues for the past 2 weeks. I had to much time on my hands and it was all wasted by complaining, sleeping, and being depressed. I was a mess. My trainer has been emailing me to keep up with what was going on with the knee and all that jazz, and so was the rest of the group. It felt really good to have all their support, but I wasn't knowing how to used it as a motivation so I could keep my hopes up. What if I can't handle to run for more than 1 minute? I was ...

Follow the White Rabbit.: Granola recipe and proud of being a runner.
http://chasingendorphin.blogspot.com/2012/03/recipes-and-proud-of-being-runner.html
Friday, March 30, 2012. Granola recipe and proud of being a runner. Well, look who's adventuring herself in the kitchen ha That's something, specially if you know me at all! I was really determined to make homemade granola for a while now for a couple of reasons: First, I don't seem to be able to find a single granola here that doesn't have raisins. Now, that's just wrong. So, I got this recipe. As my base and did my own thang with it ;). 1 c old fashioned oats. 1 tbsp. chia seeds. 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
