There are so many mosquitos here…I am kind of surprised I don’t have West Nile Virus yet (not lyme disease, I swear I know the difference:) . Every time I go outside to run/play with kids/take out the trash I spray myself with bug spray. I mowed the lawn last week in pants and even after spraying myself I got THIRTY. I went and held his hand and talked to him and he looked at me the whole time and then closed his eyes and went to sleep. Mason's nurse told me that he wouldn't be able to eat for 12 hours. Sunday, August 24, 2008. While in Oregon, we did a bit of sightseeing as well. Here are the kids holding a starfish at the Seaside Aquarium. Robert and Rose Marie Barrett. Sunday, April 19, 2009. APRIL 23rd - HAPPY 6th BIRTHDAY, TATUM! Our youngest granddaughter, Tatum, turned six years old this year! We have told her to stop growing up, but she doesn't listen! We weren't able to go to Reno to be with her on her birthday this year, but we did talk to her that evening. Tatum is in kindergarten, and will soon be in first grade. All of the kids love her, and want to be her friend. She's so sweet and loveable! She is so much fun, and so smart!

Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Elsie turned 5 in February! Where is the time going? The past 5 years have seriously flown.it seems like we just brought Elsie home from the hospital! Elsie still surprises us with her drawings and her creativity. She is liking reading and has a desire to learn. She's still the slowest eater when it comes to dinner and fastest when it comes to ice cream. She loves animals, especially our cat Maddie and her pet guinea pig Smores. We love our Elsie! The strawberry cake that evening.

Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Spring Skiing to Moab. Tom and I decided to get one last ski day in and so we dropped the kiddos off at Aunty Em's and headed to Snowbird. It was a beautiful day! The snow was a bit sticky and freaked me out every now and then and Tom had a hurt back but despite those two things it was such a pleasant day! Friday, July 25, 2008. After an eventful day at the pool on Thursday, we decided to head to the City of Rocks on Friday. We found a Logan sized hole. On second thought, we should have taken this picture from the other side. He could have been Whinny the Pooh stuck in Rabbit's hole. Then we found a Trevor sized hole.
