Lateral lunges – 8/side. Curtsy lunges – 8/side. Toe touch to overhead squat - 8. Side lying t-spine mobility – 5/side. Scapular push ups - 15. Wall slides - 15. Shoulder dislocates with body bar – 5. Pogo hops – 20. Jumping jacks – 20. Plyo work – done in a tri-set. Lateral hops onto box – 2 x 5/leg. Hang cleans 3 x 3.
