Archive for October, 2007. I had a busy busy busy Friday. My boyfriend has a men’s organization and he paid me to make monkey bread for their meeting! October 24, 2007 at 12:04 am. Sorry I haven’t updated in a bit. I found these cupcakes on Land ‘O Lakes website. I used your average yellow cake mix recipe as well as cream cheese frosting. I’m alright with these but I feel if I would have used a more fluffy/dense icing I would have got things to stick better and not be so messy. I will probably make these again with a different icing because I love the idea of them. They are super fun to make and so cute! It’s a great project to do with kids!

October 9, 2007 at 8:52 pm. I made red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for my group this week:. I personally don’t care for this cake because I feel as if it’s cheating you out of something. Red velvet should taste like cherry or something else beside being a funny colored chocolate cake. Oh well. I actually ran out of time, this was suppose to be something else but here we are. 3 cups powder sugar. 1 8oz package of cream cheese. 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla. Mix it all together and there ya go).
