My Life in My Words. Monday, April 27, 2009. Clara turned 2 on Friday! We had such a busy busy busy last few days. On Wednesday Katie, Jessica, and their kiddos came over to celebrate Clara and Eli's birthdays. Eli (Katie's youngest) turned 2 on the 22nd. And Clara's birthday was the 24th! Two 2 year olds two days apart! We were going to go to Mc Donald's and do that whole deal- but we thought it would be so much nicer if they just came over here and we did the whole chicken nugget and fry thing here!

My Life in My Words. Thursday, October 15, 2009. I hope you are all ready, because it is coming! I think we are skipping fall this year and heading straight to winter! My kids are sure ready! They are already donning their great winter hats. Connor calls his hat, the "sock hat" and Clara calls her hat, "the hat that is like Connor's". Hilarious! It was one of those moments we will remember because we both thought - OK, it's a. At first on the ultrasound screen we saw 2 "babies." Brian was excited - the crazy man wants twins - and I completely panicked. Thankfully there was one baby, and the other was what will soon be the placenta. The heartbeat was 150 beats/minute! Most of the game went pretty welll.until Griffey hit a homerun and the whole stadium (which was PACKED) went nuts. Brian and I were cheering, and I looked down to see Wyatt FREAKING out. Thursday, April 29, 2010. So went to a birthday party the other day.it was a princess dress up party! Of course the picture I took of both girls didnt turn out, but when we got home Hannah decided to help daddy in the garden. This is for miss Logan Hakensen! And put them in the new garden. And last, I was hanging some pictures that I had taken down, apparently my "eye balling" technique led me to a larger hole in the middle than planned. So I imrovised and used one of Zoes paintings! Monday, March 28, 2011. Of course all of my pictures are out of order, but, here is the last month in a quick show of pictures! This weekend we had the pleasure of my nephews company- along with the inlaws! Zach raced in the Badger Mountain Challenge. A 15K trek up and over and down the Badger Mountain! He did amazing and we had the family here cheering him on. For some reason they started the challengers off in waves but didnt reset the clock, so I dont believe there was an accurate time for anyone!
