My friends Pete and Jenny Livolsi that used to be chefs at three. here in Baltimore recently opened an Italian restaurant called Si' culi. In Berlin, MD and have asked me to show some work there for the town of Berlin's monthly "art stroll". I'm super excited to see the new place and eat some delicious food!

We made these in class around Halloween - Thanksgiving to teach us about measuring and cooking. They were so delicious! It became tradition in my family to make them every autumn. Preheat oven to 375*. 1 cup cooked pumpkin (I use Libby's in the can- plain). 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 t baking powder. 1 t baking soda dissolved in.
