Bethany de Legh-Runciman - Ultrarunner and Ultrawalker. Thursday, November 25, 2010. Hi I have not blogged for ages because of illness. The antipsychotic and antianxiety tablets are working well. However the side effects are getting unbearable. I have had alot of twitching in my fingers and arms. This has subsided quite a bit on reduced morning medication. However I have had 4 weeks of severe constipation and also severe sinusitis. I take about 18 tablets and sachets a day. I have endured 4 weeks of Hell.

Did wonder how Coe and Co. would pull off this enormous event, but they have. The BBC coverage is good. Lots to watch via red button. Commiserations to Mark (Cav) and the Team GB cyclists. My psychiatrist has told me my symptoms are physical and not mental. When you are a psychiatric patient A E doctors and medical doctors are very quick to say it is in your head. This is not in my head - this is real. My goal now is the wedding. I love Ernie so much and the big day will be the best day of my life. Tuesday, February 22, 2011.

Bethany de Legh-Runciman - Ultrarunner and Ultrawalker. Wednesday, July 25, 2012. I hope that from now I will get stronger, fitter and (fingers crossed) healthier. My thyroid has been sorted out, so too the side effects from my psyche meds. All that is left now is pain and non-epileptic seizures. I am on an antimigraine tablet that might help. I am on a nerve pain drug that helps a bit. Running to Peel today! At least i can see the houses on the other side of the road today. Sceptical but now wow.
