The Owres: Do I have a boy?
http://samandsarahowre.blogspot.com/2008/05/do-i-have-boy.html
Friday, May 9, 2008. Do I have a boy? Ok, so these pictures capture Henry to a T! He loves anything to do with jumping, dumping, running, screaming, and driving me to absolute insanity! But, I love it! It's so amazing how much energy one 2 year old boy can have. I swear his tank runs on full all day long. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Do I have a boy? The Dark Side of the Chalkboard: Take What You Need
http://darksideofthechalkboard.blogspot.com/2012/01/take-what-you-need.html
Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Take What You Need. Today when I got to school, this was outside my classroom. I'm not sure what was on the missing piece, and there was no information about who had put it up, but by the end of the day, this is all that was left. And once again, I remembered why I love what I do and how thankful I am to be surrounded by amazing kids and passionate colleagues. Tuesday, January 24, 2012. If this had a like button, Id click it. The Dark Side of the Chalkboard: Stressors
http://darksideofthechalkboard.blogspot.com/2012/02/stressors.html
Monday, February 27, 2012. This year has been remarkably smooth for me up to this point. I don't know if it's because I totally revamped my lesson plans when it comes to scaffolding skills, or if I just have a great bunch of kids (totally do, by the way) but it has been very smooth, and I am very grateful for that. I haven't been able to go to tutoring since November. Sigh. I constantly feel like I am forgetting something really important and I hate that feeling. Monday, February 27, 2012. I have been a ...

The Owres: Easter 2008
http://samandsarahowre.blogspot.com/2008/03/easter-2008.html
Saturday, March 29, 2008. What a great year for easter egg hunting! Henry wasn't walking during Easter last year so egg hunts were a bit overwhelming and challenging. But not this year! I got Henry an Easter "pail" to gather his eggs, not realizing how small it was once he starting filling it. It was so cute! Henry filled his pail with so many eggs that each time he bent over to pick up more 1 would fall out! The best part was, all of them were filled with candy! April 2, 2008 at 6:23 AM.

The Owres: May 2009
http://samandsarahowre.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 29, 2009. Wow, well I thought the day would never come, May 18th! I was scheduled for my c-section @ 7:30 am and couldn't wait! Most c-sections are scheduled 1 week prior to your due date but I had to wait the entire weekend until Monday, only 5 days early! And, when Monday morning came around and our sweet Lucy was born @ 7:56am weighing 8lbs 4oz and 21 inches long it was well worth the wait! I couldn't imagine having 2 kids on Sunday and couldn't imagine having only 1 on Monday!
